At the onset of every academic year we deliver the Teacher Training Programme(TTP) for the newly recruited teachers across NPS group of schools. This induction programme enables the new teachers to share their vivid teaching experiences with their new colleagues and also gain an understanding into the philosophy, culture, classroom tenets and teaching and learning practices at NPS. We also put together continual professional development courses that are tailored to meet the individual needs of each NPS schools and invite guest lectures from around the globe to share the recent trends and their rich experiences in education. We use a wide range of resources and techniques to help develop learning and provide plenty of strategies for classroom practice.
