Our in-house programmes cater to the needs of leaders in schools. As this is an area that is rapidly developing, supporting those in a fast changing role is crucial. Our Leading from the Middle, Head of Department Training and Subject Leader courses are other in-house training programmes that have been developed to meet the needs of middle leaders working in school environments. The courses offer skills in: school improvement planning, leading learning, effective monitoring, data driven schools, pastoral leadership, emotionally intelligent leadership, leading and managing and a host of other topics. These courses have seen their participants grown in knowledge and skills within their roles as the courses include practical work based tasks and assignments designed to help leaders reflect on how they can be more successful.
